4G Network Coverage Planning Tool

4G Network Coverage Planning Tool

Advanced tool for calculating required sites, coverage radius, and service quality for 4G networks using various propagation models

Planning Process

1 Calculate Maximum Allowable Path Loss (MAPL)

Compute the maximum signal loss the network can tolerate before service interruption, considering all losses and margins.

2 Determine Propagation Model

Use propagation models (Okumura-Hata, COST-231, or 3GPP 3D-UMA) to calculate the coverage radius for each cell.

3 Calculate Required Sites

Based on coverage radius and total area, determine the total number of stations required for complete coverage.
